Bisio Progetti has recently launched its all new single piece brush. "Brush" is completely made of plastic, and has been designed to avoid any product contamination between the product and the applicator. It can be molded in an ISO 7 clean room and is manufactured with recyclable and low-cost PP material. Customers are welcome to customize the brush filament designs to fit their requirements.

The new “single mould” system

• Bisio Progetti's new Brush is fully manufactured in a single piece
• The absence of the metal clip typical in other designs, prevents the contents of the bottle (medicine or medical device) from being contaminated by the metal
• Brush is made in a single piece and is molded in an ISO 7 clean room
• Brush is a low-cost and recyclable product as it is made in PP material (approved for medical use)
• Brush filaments could be manufactured and placed in various shapes (besides the traditional round and linear)
• The cap is fastened onto the neck of the bottle with the Bisio Progetti patented system which prevents it from adhering to the bottle, thus avoiding possible detachment from the brush
