A mono-dose strip typically consists of five single-dose vials. It is designed to deliver eye drops, serums, vaccines, etc. No preservatives are required for this type of single-dose packaging. Mono-dose strips only require filling and sealing machines, allowing pharmaceutical companies to save significant costs compared with the use of BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) machines.
