Given that the 2019 edition broke the record again both in the number of exhibitors and visitors, it can be said that COSME TOKYO has become a very important exhibition in the global cosmetics industry.

The three-day show features everything about cosmetics products like skin care, hair & body care, natural/organic product, makeup, fragrance, men's care, etc. Every year COSME TOKYO attracts enormous visitors' attention nationwide for its scale and diversity. This year, 23,000 brands, including the latest ones that are entirely new on the Asian market, were newly showcased. The exhibition halls were filled with exciting business talks between exhibitors and importers/buyers, who were genuinely excited to enhance their lineups with new overseas cosmetics.

Organized by Reed Exhibitions Japan, COSME Tech 2019 - 9th Int'l Cosmetics Development Expo, was a co-held event conference with INNER BEAUTY TOKYO 2019 – 2nd Beauty & Health Foods Expo featuring cosmetic exhibits for Skin Care, Colour Cosmetics, Natural/ Organic Products, Hair & Body Care, Fragrance, Nail Care, Male Grooming and more.

Visitors included agents, distributors and key buyers/importers mainly from Japan & other Asian countries, retail buyers and representatives from Salons, Spas, Hotels and Clinics.

2019 Edition, Build up a Strong Position in Asian Cosmetics Industry

The most impressive scene of this year was the enormous range of unique & diversified exhibit products. Having started eight years ago, both the number of international exhibitors and visitors are increasing year by year.

Besides world's famous companies, for instance, L'ERBOLARIO (Italy), KRYOLAN(Germany), WON MEDICO (Korea), A&C INTERTRADE (Thailand) which had exhibited in several times, new exhibiting companies like MEDER BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL (UK), MEDITERRANEAN COSMETICS (Greece) attracted significant attention from many Japan's visitors. Importers/Buyers were excited and enjoying to compare the products which they have never seen before.

In addition to Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Korea, China, Taiwan, we launched new national pavilions of Canada, North America, and Russia. The corridors were lined with the names of many countries listed on the signboards, and each pavilion stood out remarkably in the exhibition halls. COSME TOKYO has become recognized as the hub of Asian cosmetics trade, where worldwide exhibitors meet visitors from Japan and all across Asia.
