New look for the 2019 edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, the leading international B2B exhibition for the beauty industry.

The show will be re-organized, gathering halls according to each sector, so to facilitate the visit of professionals in Bologna and maximize the opportunities for new contacts and new projects.

After the positive feedback of last year, Cosmoprof 2019 is confirming the different opening dates, according to each professional target. From Thursday 14 to Sunday 17 March 2019, Cosmopack and Cosmo|Perfumery & Cosmetics will open, facilitating business meetings between suppliers and manufacturers on the one side, and companies of finished products, buyers and retailers on the other, with a focus on Perfumery & Cosmetics, Green & Organic and Cosmoprime, the area dedicated to haute gamme perfumery.

From Friday 15 to Monday 18 March, open doors for the professional distribution channels of Cosmo|Hair & Nail & Beauty Salon, with the presence of owners of beauty salons and spa, hairdressers, hairstylists, nail artists and distributors. Inside each sector, country pavilions will take in Bologna small and medium companies from all over the world. The new set-up for the international halls will facilitate the networking with buyers, distributors and retailers in Bologna.

To make the fair district more customer-friendly, the disposal of all sectors has been re-arranged, so to better reflect the global beauty market.

Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, which will celebrate its 52nd edition, has confirmed its role as the most important rendez-vous for the cosmetic industry. Cosmoprof is a reference event for the international beauty community: for the 250,000 professionals, opinion leaders and experts from all over the world (last year 122,500 of them came from abroad), wishing to analyze case histories, trends and news of the sector in the wonderful scenario offered by the city of Bologna; for exhibitors, who can improve their business (in 2018, 2,822 companies took part in the show, representing 70 countries); for buyers who can discover the latest market trends; for top managers who can meet leading companies and close new relationships; for the more than 1,300 international journalists who come to Bologna to have a preview of the latest technologies, digital tools, multi-cultural and sustainable trends.

Sustainability and circular economy will be the main themes of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2019. Attention to the environmental impact of the cosmetic industry is linked to a revolution of the system, which imposes new values such as the use of renewable energy sources, limited waste of product, the recycling and the reuse of the materials used and of the produced waste elements.
