For over 50 years, Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna has been the go-to show for the most important companies and professionals in the beauty, hair, spa and nail industries. These four days allow visitors to meet with the brands that have made history in the beauty world and discover the up-and-coming names that have chosen this show to make their debut to the world.

Four days of information and training with events that will go in depth on the latest themes and trends for hair stylists, beauty professionals and spa managers looking to make their businesses all the more complete.

The 20% increase in the exhibition space perfectly represents the growth taking place in the Beauty and Spa industry. Thanks to a major renovation, these pavilions dedicated to the industry will be the best showcase for the most cutting-edge machinery and latest trends. There is a great deal of anticipation for the show’s “giant,” pavilion 36, which is home to the largest Nail brands.

In these two new areas – in the Mall that connects pavilions 28, 29 and 30 – Cosmoprof will present two special areas dedicated to the world of wellness.

BEAUTY FORUM GALLERY: This new area will host companies from the beauty and spa sectors that are already participating in events from the Beauty Forum network. It will also welcome select buyers from the industry as part of the International Buyer Program, thus increasing business and networking opportunities for exhibitors.

SPAce99: This wellness journey created by LIFEXCELLENCE, a leading company in the industry, with design by architect Simone Micheli, will be truly exciting thanks to the wonderful contribution of international companies. SPAce99 recreates the sensation of being in a spa with various initiatives and live events. Visitors can enjoy herbal teas, wellness cocktails, essential oils and try innovative rituals.

Hair stylists, salon owners and managers along with distributors of hair-care products will find the best of the Hair industry in pavilions 25, 31, 32, 35 and—new for the 2019 show—37. The growth in this area translates into new brands to be discovered, cutting-edge formulas and new business ideas for all professionals. A great deal of space will be dedicated to training and information sessions as well with demos and conferences on industry topics during Cosmoprof On Stage. This calendar of events boasts participation by the most important experts in the world of beauty, with events held in the show’s service center.

Talented young people will be featured in the heart of the show as well, thanks to Hair Ring. This event, organized in collaboration with the Italian chamber of hair stylists, will offer two days of live shows dedicated to hair and make-up techniques. The theme of the event is to be “Leonardo, genius and beauty,” to mark the 500th anniversary of the death of Da Vinci, the inventive artist.

One of the events to be held in pavilion 35 is UBS-United Barbers Show®, in collaboration with Sen Martin, Barber Mind and Bottega Della Barba. More than 5,000 barbers from all over the world will have the opportunity to take part in the “world championships” on March 17 and 18. New look for Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2019!

After the positive feedback of last year, Cosmoprof 2019 is confirming the different opening dates, according to each professional target. From Thursday 14 to Sunday 17 March 2019, Cosmopack and Cosmo|Perfumery & Cosmetics will open, facilitating business meetings between suppliers and manufacturers on the one side, and companies of finished products, buyers and retailers on the other, with a focus on Perfumery & Cosmetics, Green & Organic and Cosmoprime, the area dedicated to haute gamme perfumery.
