Enercon Industries set to unveil its latest and most innovative machine, the new Super Seal Max

  • Enercon Industries

Enercon Industries, the global leaders in induction cap sealing systems, is set to unveil its latest and most innovative machine. The new Super Seal Max is the second addition to the Super Seal Touch range, and comes complete with a multi-language touch screen. Designed for use in a wide range of packaging applications, from food and beverage, to pharmaceutical, agrochemical and household, the new Super Seal Max offers users more refined control, increased productivity, and easier integration.

The latest Super Seal machine can be used as a stand-alone line-side unit or be fully integrated into a continuous filling and capping line, giving complete flexibility of operation.

It can be used to seal all common closures and containers, including standard screw, child resistant closures, sports caps and dispensing closures between 20 and 120mm in diameter, and provides an extremely wide and flexible window of operation to compensate for variations in line conditions, such as fluctuating line speeds or changes in cap, liner and tolerance variations. This ensures that perfect cap seals can be produced consistently at line speeds of up to 100m/min, with the added advantage that setup, programming, monitoring and diagnostics are even faster and simpler with the latest touch screen operator interface.

The full colour screen offers multiple levels of control, with the ability to set password access to different functions for plant managers and line operators. The system also offers a range of powerful functions, including recipe management, a full complement of bottle and foil counts, internal monitoring of all critical opening data, fault information, troubleshooting support, universal voltage input compatibility, remote and local control modes and network connectivity.

Richard Bull, managing director of Enercon Industries Ltd (UK), said, "Enercon was the first to offer a touch controlled cap sealing machine in the Super Seal Touch and packagers told us they loved the advance feature set and simplicity of operation. With the new Super Seal Max packagers will not only benefit from increased sealing capacity, but they’ll also be getting a completely new operating system that features one-click away navigation that makes it simple for all to use."

The system, which incorporates a robust sealing head with stainless steel IP65 enclosure, is backed by Enercon's comprehensive European network of sales and technical support centres.
