ERF’s new jars for creams, the Jade Series

ERF (Ever Rich Fountain Enterprise Co., Ltd.), a leading manufacturer of beauty and cosmetic packaging, has been serving the skincare market for decades. ERF has recently introduced its brand new jar design for creams, the Jade Series. This jar has been designed for skincare products with high viscosity, such as facial creams, perfume gels, eye balms, etc. - all products that benefit from an air-tight construction.

The recess is composed of a separated cup with a fitted cap made of PP (Polypropylene), a material that is well-known as being green and environmentally friendly. This material is particularly well-suited for chemical resistance, making it highly compatible with any sort of formula or skincare product.

With its double wall design, the Jade series allows for more decoration possibilities and brand name marketing. Companies are free to choose customized colors, silk screen print or hot stamping on the surface of inner jar. The advantage of the design is that printed names are kept inside the transparent shell made of SAN material, preserving the beautiful finish from being whipped off before the product runs out.

This new jar collection for creams comes in a variety of different volumes from 15ml, 30ml to 50ml. There’s one unique feature of the 15ml cream jar to note: companies are able to use the 15ml Jade cream jar in a packaging shell identical to that of the 30ml volume. This feature has already been introduced and has been successful, specifically for precious formulas that are extremely delicate in small volume, are of high value, and require small product dosage per treatment. This has been a smart introduction for important products with a high price point.

ERF provides two different style of caps (CJ1, CJ2). Both caps can be tailored to fit customer needs.
