    Milan, May 16 2017. Favini, global leader in innovative graphics specialties for the packaging of luxury and fashion industries, announces the extension of its Sumo range, with Sumo Colours.

    This graphics specialty “of thickness” has, in few months since its launch conquered the markets thanks to its form close to 3D, now gets colourful with new intense colours.
    After the success of the classic and timeless black and white range, the new Sumo comprises of five additional shades: Blue, Kraft Brown, Red, Light Grey and Dark Grey.

    Available in 1 mm thickness, this Favini special dimensional paper is particularly suitable for packaging and creative work that is differentiated by refined style, such as labels for clothing, invitations, covers, exclusive displays and window signs, to the most creative packaging.
    Characterized by effortless style which delivers great effect, Sumo is ideal for different printing techniques such as hot foil, silk-screen, letterpress, dry embossing, laser cutting, as well as digital printing UV inkjet flatbed.

    To develop Sumo, Favini’s R&D department carefully considered both the technical and aesthetic aspects, from colour, texture and also its pleasant feel.
    Additionally, the consistency of its surface colour extends all the way through to the heart of this bulky solid dyed board meaning that an elegant cross section is revealed when and where ever its cut edge is exposed. For true styling that makes the difference.
