An Exciting Day at FM-Plast!

  • FM-Plast
Primary Packaging, Caps, Lids, IM - Injection Moulding

Last month, FM-Plast had very special guests: the preschool children from a local school. The "busy bees," as the preschool children called themselves this year, wanted to know how the company makes closures for various applications and how FM-Plast helps to protect the environment. This is, of course, particularly important for bees!

It was explained to them how FM-Plast uses injection molding machines to shape the closures from plastic. The students were also shown how plastic waste is best sorted so that it can be recycled and how we can produce less waste and save resources. The children were particularly impressed by the cool, colorful closures produced from recycled materials.

The preschool children were very curious and asked many questions. They were also allowed to handle many closures themselves and take some home for arts and crafting. They were thrilled by the different colors and shapes. FM-Plast hopes that they were able to give the children an insight into the company's work and the importance of sustainability.

FM-Plast would especially like to thank the educators, parents, guardians, and children of the local preschool & kindergarten for their visit and support. The company and staff are already looking forward to the next time!
