MPS 6300 series medical device bag sealers are validatable and capable of sealing bags up to 2 pounds in weight (on an 8” wide bag, 2 mil bag) without the use of a conveyor. These validatable band sealers come standard with the controls that help you validate your production process.

The MPS 6300 bag sealer models and equipment in the 6300 series share the same standard features. These constant load, variable speed machines include:
•one pair of air pressurized, digitally controlled heater bars
•one pair of air flow, air pressurized cooling bars;
•PID autotune temperature controller
•digital tachometer.

All seals are created using economical Teflon bands, which produce consistently excellent seals on all heat sealable bags.MPS 6300 bag sealers can be equipped with an optional frontend trimmer, emboss coder, dry ink printer, or ink jet printer.

The MPS 6340, a table top,validatable medical device bag sealer, is capable of sealing bags up to 8 ounces in weight. This sealer comes standard with the controls that help validate the production process. These controls include audio and visual alarms for heat, speed and pressure, a reverse feed motor alarm and an external J-type thermo-couple jack.
