Tango with KM Packaging's PE flip-top caps

After an intensive development phase, KM Packaging presented the first PE Flip Top Cap on the market in 2021. It passed the stress crack test according to DIN 55457 — We had set ourselves this ambitious goal in order to provide our customers with a high-quality PE Flip Top Cap.

In the meantime, we have already started production of the PE Tango line and the range is available in Ø 35, Ø 40 and Ø 50 mm.

Thanks to our innovative approach, we will also be able to offer other PE Flip Top cap types in the near future, such as our Melody Edge Cap and the Melody Ultra Line.

For US customers, the Tango caps are manufactured directly at Mauer in Hebron and are offered in diameters of 40mm and 50mm, in softline, classic, snap on and screw on versions.
