Matteo Moretti, Chairman of Lumson S.p.A., purchases the entire interest

Matteo Moretti, Chairman of Lumson S.p.A., has purchased, through the family holding company, the entire interest in Lumson S.p.A. held by FSI SGR S.p.A. on behalf of "FSI I" fund. The transaction allows the Moretti family to complete the succession started in 2018 and to accelerate the growth path by strengthening the leadership position of Lumson S.p.A. in the cosmetic primary packaging sector.

Lumson honored at the "Le Fonti Awards"

On November 24th, at the headquarters of the Borsa Italiana in Milan, Lumson was awarded a prize at "Le Fonti Awards", an exclusive event that is part of the family of international prizes of IAIR, promoted by the publishing house Le Fonti with the sponsorship of the European Commission, created with the aim of identifying and selecting excellence in the professional, financial and industrial sectors of in Italy.

Lumson awarded with Prix Formes de Luxe 2017

The research of innovation doesn't stop at Lumson. This year, the Crema-based company has also received a very prestigious award in the cosmetic packaging sector. The “Prix Formes de Luxe” field was assigned to Lumson on October 3rd in the framework of the Montecarlo Sporting Club. This is not the first time that Lumson has walked the stage at the Prix Formes de Luxe.
