Cosmetic tubes are available in single-layer, double-layer, and five-layer hoses, each differing in pressure resistance, penetration resistance, and hand feel. For instance, five-layer hoses consist of an outer layer, an inner layer, two adhesive layers, and a barrier layer. These tubes offer excellent gas barrier performance, effectively preventing the infiltration of oxygen and odorous gases while also preventing the leakage of fragrance and active ingredients.
The combination form typically includes a tube and a cover. The tube is often made of PE plastic. Based on the product's thickness, it can be categorized into single-layer tubes (commonly used and cost-effective) and double-layer tubes (offering good sealing performance). According to the shape, tubes are divided into round tubes (commonly used and cost-effective) and flat tubes, also known as special-shaped tubes (requiring secondary joints and higher cost).
The outer cover of the tube is often a screw cap (available in single-layer and double-layer, with the double-layer outer cover mostly being electroplated to enhance product grade and appearance) or a flip cover.
