Mosca Direct Limited, the UK subsidiary of strapping specialist Mosca GmbH, has further strengthened its customer support team with the appointment of Andrea Wilson as Assistant Office Manager at its head office in Cotgrave, Nottingham.

The new role reflects the company’s continual growth in recent years as it supports an increasing number of customers across the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.

“We’re really pleased to have Andrea here to support the customer service team, which is busier than ever,” says Catherine Curcic, Office Manager. “We pride ourselves on a high level of service and attention to detail and Andrea is going to be a great support in the drive to be even better at what we do.”

Andrea brings more than five years’ experience in office and customer service team management to her new role. Most recently, she led the first Social Media Customer Service team at the head office of high street chain Boots, growing it from one employee to 18 over three years of careful management.
