MYC Group is excited to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in Palma Srl, based in Trezzano sul Naviglio, Italy.

Palma Srl, now rebranded as Grioni, has over 60 years’ experience in plastic manufacturing and finishing and is specialized in lip balm and lipstick packaging.

The operation will enable MYC to offer more agility and speed to market and will strengthen its position as a leading manufacturer of lip primary packaging, expanding its portfolio with new products and sustainable solutions.

Combining mould making in China with production in Italy and in-house decoration capabilities are only a few examples of the synergies between MYC and Grioni to meet the needs of increasingly demanding customers who expect more flexibility, customization and local production.
