    Neutroplast releases several new items

    • Neutroplast

Neutroplast has released several new standard items, broadening the scope of its catalogue and ensuring packaging purchasers in the pharmaceutical and personal care sectors can find exactly what they're looking for.

The new Cig & Alfa line
Neutroplast has launched the new Cig & Alfa line, purposed to broaden its dropper offering as an extension of the Estoril line. Consequently, the caps and the droppers fit both lines.  This line is now ready for production and has already received pre-orders, prior to being ready to market.

New range of bottles - the “Funchal” line
Neutroplast started the fabrication of this new bottle family early this year. The two 170ml and 225ml bottles, with snap-on D36 necks, are the first of an extended line yet to be completed. This range is composed of bottles specifically designed for powders but are also suitable for capsules and pills.

    A new flip-top cap
A new standard 24-410 flip-top has now entered the production line at Neutroplast. This cap can be used with numerous bottles, yet it was created more specifically for serving the personal care market.

    Neutroplast ramps up production
By improving work flow and time management within the organization, Neutroplast was able to launch the new Din 20 Antony bottle line, in 15ml and 50ml capacities, four months ahead of schedule. These two bottles were meant to be available for December 2012, but are already available to market.

Raw material upgrade delivers increased efficacy in sensitive liquid bottles

Neutroplast has developed a special blend of raw materials it is currently using to create bottles resistant to natural extracts present in liquids. The primary material improvement was the addition of a nucleant to the raw material batches, which resulted in increased barrier properties, quite a useful fact considering that the natural extracts in question had a tendency to react with oxygen and undermine the products' quality.
