Neutroplast releases new Din20 bottles, perfect for pump systems

    • Neutroplast

Whether a firm is looking for a cost effective solution or an original design for a product, Neutroplast responds to client needs quickly, which is why the company has released its new Antony range of bottles, specifically designed to support Din20 pumps. Neutroplast thus responds to the needs of major pump manufacturers to create a strong brand identity while maintaining factory requirements.

The new bottles were designed specifically for pharmaceutical products that require pump dosage systems, being physiologically adapted to the human hand which allows for easier use. Neutroplast has dedicated much of its development skills and time to this new project, to build an innovative solution that allows a better behavior of a dispensing product when used by the vast and atypical targets of pharmaceuticals.

This development hails from Neutroplast's design philosophy, which focuses on user-friendly concepts and a constant concern for the practical implications of designs on pharmaceutical filling lines. With Neutroplast's designs, there is certainty that a product will be well received by the target market and that the company releasing it will avoid complications during production.

The new Antony bottle line is produced using pharmaceutical grade HDPE, through blow moulding or injection-blow moulding techniques. The Antony bottle line is available at 15ml, 20 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml, which creates a wide range of possibilities for product branding and versatility when looking for a single reference product.

Neutroplast S.A. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified European company that specializes in the production of primary packaging and dosage devices for the healthcare and pharmaceutical markets. It is a family owned SME focused on catering to niche markets in the pharma, bio-pharma and nutraceuticals industries and its presence ranges from Europe and the North of Africa to the Middle-East and the GCC.

Raw material upgrade delivers increased efficacy in sensitive liquid bottles

Neutroplast has developed a special blend of raw materials it is currently using to create bottles resistant to natural extracts present in liquids. The primary material improvement was the addition of a nucleant to the raw material batches, which resulted in increased barrier properties, quite a useful fact considering that the natural extracts in question had a tendency to react with oxygen and undermine the products' quality.
