Raw material upgrade delivers increased efficacy in sensitive liquid bottles

Neutroplast has developed a special blend of raw materials it is currently using to create bottles resistant to natural extracts present in liquids. The primary material improvement was the addition of a nucleant to the raw material batches, which resulted in increased barrier properties, quite a useful fact considering that the natural extracts in question had a tendency to react with oxygen and undermine the product's quality.

As a way to improve the bottle's flexibility, Neutroplast also mixed PE and PP blends. In the end, the customer was very pleased with the solution, which increased the product's functionality and stability.
