    Novio Packaging, Vincap and Vinkova are now Berlin Packaging Netherlands

    We are pleased and proud to announce that from July 1st, 2021, Novio Packaging will officially take the name of Berlin Packaging Netherlands.

    The important transition and integration process, which began when Novio Packaging joined the Berlin Packaging Group in 2019, is now approaching its official consolidation. It is a historic moment for our company.

    Over the years we have been partners, day after day, step after step, and we strove to offer you the best products and services. We will continue to offer you the most complete and innovative solutions while guaranteeing strong geographic presence and great local service.

    There will be even more benefits, and these will be crucial for our joint success. Such as increased expertise in all our markets, even more stable geographic coverage, an all-encompassing offer of design and consulting services, and solid collaboration with more than 900 producers across the world.

    On the same date, July 1, 2021, Novio Packaging B.V. will merge by incorporation of Vincap B.V. and Handelmaatschappij Vinkova B.V., forming an important single point of reference for the Dutch territory.

    On 31 December 2018, Oosterbeek Packaging BV, Maer Flexibles Europe BV and Haal Verpakkingen BV will merge with Alpha Packaging International BV. For its part, on 1 January 2019, Alpha Packaging International will undergo an official name change to Novio Packaging BV. On that same date, the international companies Fehn PolyCap GmbH, Scandinavian Packaging A/S and Macbey Industrial Ltd will be changing their name to Novio Packaging.

    Scandinavian Packaging's multiple ISO certifications

    Scandinavian Packaging has recently announced that it has achieved the accredited ISO14001 certification for environmental management. This certification is in line with the company's strategy of corporate responsibility, efficient production, and innovation in all processes. Come summer, the company will have a unique combination of three ISO certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO22000), demonstrating its commitment to high standards in packaging.

    Scandinavian packaging releases a hot new "tear drop" orifice dispenser cap

    Scandinavian Packaging, based in Denmark and serving northern Europe for over 60 years, has introduced a new and versatile cap with a variety of configuration and decoration techniques incorporated into its design, making it big news in the closure market. The new 33-776 line of caps features a tear drop dispensing orifice, making it aesthetically interesting and completely functional, in order to round out a wide range of bottle designs.
