Korean company, Olive Packaging is well known as a company specialized in the handling of GlassPolymer products, such as PET-G, and its production of heavy extrusion blow bottles, as well as providing the best solution for customers to ensure the perfect packaging.

To date Olive Packaging has concentrated its efforts on blow molding, and has has been dominating the GlassPolymer packaging market through its high level of development since 2007.

In a response to diverse requests from across the packaging market, and following a high level of research and development, the company has just launched a new injection jar series.

Olive Packaging's new PETG jar line is distinguished by its thick wall and bottom to give it good helt, and to meet the market's satisfaction, the new jar series has been produced in 15 models ranging from 10ml up to 100ml.

The PETG material ensures that the product will be perfectly safe from any chemical reaction with the packaging, making the jars a reliable option for both medical or beauty treatments.

Available in crystal clear as well as coloured in other choices according to customer demands, these new heavy wall jars can be compared to glass or acrylic with their clear-cut finish. Furthermore, the jars can also be decorated by a variety of ways to suit customers requests in a one stop process such as frosting, silk screen printing, hot stamping, etc.

The heavy wall jar series offers benefits over glass and acrylic options since they are stronger and lighter in any condition, and also have the environmental benefit that PETG is recyclable.

The SAEM's Urban Eco project is just one of the many successful products designed and produced by Olive Packaging. Comprised of PETG, the HEB process has created containers with a thick wall and bottom whose clarity mimics that of a glass bottle yet has only a third of the weight when compared to glass. The PETG bottle offers a shatter-proof packaging with excellent chemical resistance. Furthermore, when compared to ordinary PET packaging it is 5-10 times heavier offering a far bolder, more sophisticated visual impact.
