Several contracts have been concluded with PET bottles manufactures from Mexico, and Canada. In terms of blow molds and PET bottle design, but for the traditional markets, PET Technologies products have been delivered to the customers from Denmark on the one hand and Zambia on the other.

Still, present is a bridge between past and future. The roots, origins are pillars of the bridge.

Export to Iran, Russia and CIS countries, where a large number of customers benefit from PET Technologies automatic and semiautomatic blow molding equipment has already become traditional for PET Technologies. Nevertheless, we continue to develop the regions and Byelorussia is one of the examples.

What is PET Technologies geographical expansion background? The answers can vary. The one to highlight is technological development.

This year PET Technologies has launched technical modernization program to keep pace with the increasing demand for blow molding solutions. We have recently installed new welding table and turn-milling center. The program also includes new machining centers, milling, turning, cutting machines as well as laboratory equipment and production facilities. Worth to mention that not long ago we opened a new plant with total production facilities 7000 sq.m. On the other hand, the same year we installed two new 5-axes CNC machinery centers for blow molds surface treatment.

Advanced technologies permit PET Technologies to carry out stretch blow molding equipment conversion projects from PCO 1810 neck to PCO 1881. It reduces costs due to the lighter preform and cap for PET bottle. It has become common trend among large companies and corporations with high speed rotary stretch blow molding machines. It includes change-over kit production, installation and start up. Baltika Brewery with over 38% beer market share in Russia is one of the success stories.

Once the collaboration conditions agreed and measures made Baltika Brewery entrusted PET Technologies to switch KHS complete filling lines from PCO 1810 neck to PCO 1881 at 4 plants in different cities.

To sum up, over 400 PET Technologies stretch blow molding machines have been installed in 40 countries of the world. Over 8000 blow molds units have been produced and installed both at linear and high speed rotary PET bottles blowers.
