Plastique is pleased to announce an upgrade of its CNC machine shop facility located in the company’s design, tooling & innovation hub in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The facility houses machining for both sample and full production tooling under the same roof as designers and other equipment required for product sampling and associated ancillary items.

Stage one of the upgrade saw the introduction of a brand new state of the art Dugard CNC machine, leading to increased capacity for machining both sample and production tooling. Come September, we will achieve even greater CNC capacity as additional investment in a brand new YCM CNC machine will literally bring Plastique a new cutting edge not seen before in the company’s long standing history.

All CNC machines are supported by real time monitoring and planning systems ensuring that customers continue to benefit from competitive lead times for the high quality thermoforming products for which we are renowned.
