P500 Tube Labeller

The New Premier P500 is a flexible and versatile label applicator designed to apply labels to a wide range of flexible tubes at speeds of up to 60 tubes per minute and offers brand owners the design freedom to create a high quality product appearance at a lower cost compared to printed tubes.

The P500 features our proven and reliable P250 3 phase stepper motor technology which when combined with a Siemens PLC touchscreen control system, ensures accuracy of +/-1mm on label placement and very low running costs.

Clear and opaque labels upto 200mm wide can be applied partly or completely around a wide range of standard aluminium or plastic tubes. All parts are designed for quick and easy product changeovers.

The integrated tube feed hopper and air discharge chute give the P500 the flexibility to be installed in any part of the production facility and be controlled by a single operator. A range of thermal or hotfoil printer options are also available.
