Integrity first with Proleeco's tamper evident flip-top cap tube

The latest innovation from Proleeco packaging is a round tube featuring a special tamper evident flip-top cap to assure product integrity for the consumer. The concise design of the tube and cap combination by Proleeco makes it an excellent choice for the beauty and cosmeceutical markets where products require visual evidence that they have been protected from any external contamination until the consumer chooses to open the product.

Proleeco's tamper evident flip-top cap is round in shape and has a diameter of 40mm.

Comprised of PE which has excellent chemical resistance, the tube is a fine contender for housing delicate cream and gel formulas and can be barrier laminated should a higher material protection be necessary.

The PE tube is available in sizes of 50ml up to 150ml, in different diameters and in custom colours. Furthermore, it can be branded and decorated with offset printing, silkscreen printing, large area hot stamping gold or silver with glossy or matt coating.

For both the product manufacturer and the consumer product integrity is ensured when the tamper evident closure is snapped on to the tube. The closure cannot be removed without breaking or corrupting the tamper evident seal on the cap assuring the consumer that the product in the tube has not been interfered with in any way before it reaches their hands.
