Westons Cider is the kind of company that Rawlings is proud to work with. It has been making top quality cider in the village of Much Marcle in Herefordshire since 1880 and has retained its traditional heritage and culture during a period of fantastic growth. Rawlings has been pleased to support Westons with this growth for more than a decade.

A recent big success story occurred when Westons decided to re-launch a number of products into 500ml Amber bottles. Rawlings worked closely with the Westons Product Development team every step of the way to create a 500ml custom design bottle that would result in a modern, eye catching, tapered bottle which would give product appeal on customer's shelves.

Following the launch, the 500ml amber was so much in demand, that Westons decided to use the same design to promote other products and flint & green versions were launched. Such has been the success of these bottles that Westons has seen significant growth in its business, and now over 50 different products are filled into all 3 colours, with further growth and product range development forecast.

This is just one example of how Rawlings is able to work closely with customers on the promotion of design ideas, and development from concept through to product launch, the end result being substantial growth!

Rawlings offers Luscombe a new packaging concept

Luscombe produces a range of high end drinks that are filled in flint and amber bottles. In the past the filling approach required two different bottles and the amber bottle used by the firm was underperforming. Instead of sourcing a bottle from overseas or creating a single bespoke amber bottle, Rawlings opted to create a single tailored mould for the company. This not only solved past problems but also allowed for design improvements and permitted both bottles to be produced using an interchangeable head.
