PCR Production

RLM produces environmentally friendly materials in the form of PCR (Post Consumer Resin) and sugarcane. Our PCR material is manufactured in Shenzhen, China. RLM has the largest collection network of HDPE materials in China, which ultimately end up in our facility in Shenzhen. The material is recycled using in-house equipment and turned into re-useable PE. We produce finished components in house, as well as re-sell the PCR to other suppliers around the world.

Sugarcane based ethanol is a strong alternative to PCR. This clean, environmentally friendly material is proving to offer the same barrier properties as virgin PE. Manufactured in Brazil, sugarcane has added to Brazil’s emphasis on a clean environment.
