Schur High Capacity Gripper Conveying and Stacking Technology to be installed at Chongqing Daily’s new printing plant

The Chinese Chongqing Daily Press Media Co. LTD has during the last 60 years grown up to a high technology printing house for newspaper and commercial printing with an annual circulation of around 2 billion copies.

At the new built printing centre in Chongqing more than 30 daily newspaper titles and a number of high quality business magazines will be printed.

Schur TGG3200 gripper lines and TS800 High-Speed Stacker

The Swedish mailroom supplier Schur Packaging Systems will deliver five new TGG3200 gripper conveying lines that will ensure safe, gently and silently transport of the printing matter from the press folder to the mailroom. Furthermore five of the new designed PUC3201 pick up stations will be installed in connection to the printing presses.

In addition to the new gripper conveying lines, Schur also provides two new TS800 high capacity stackers for accurate high-speed bundle production.
