SHB's new "Pirate" closure

  • SHB Packaging

Pirates are back in vogue thanks to films like the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy and Alatriste, and SHB has found a way for companies to exploit the trend - the new PIRATE closure, shaped like a buccaneer's bicorn and stamped with embossed crossed cutlasses.

Continuing their success with the CROWN closure (shaped like, well, a crown, and designed to appeal to young ladies that are part of the growing princess fad), the new PIRATE closure appeals strongly to boys thanks to its eye-catching and immediately recognizable shape.  It makes a great closure for any product sold to kids - the manufacturer suggests kids' shampoo, bath gel or bubble bath.

Available in various single or dual colours, the closure is sturdy and able to resist numerous openings and closings to ensure it stays intact and usable throughout the normal use of the product.  The closure fits the standard GEMINI II bottle, and when combined with attractive decoration or labeling, could be a powerful tool for any company that sells kids' products.

SHB adds the new Roll-On G to its ample range of roll-on products

SHB already has a wide range of roll-on bottles and overcaps available, but has recently added a new item to the line: the practical Roll-On G. The new bottle is a bit of a departure from the standard roll-on products produced by the company, as it's designed to be stored upside down. Eye-catching on the shelf of the pharmacy and eminently practical (it keeps the roller ball from drying out) the new roll-on is bound to cause a splash.
