SR Packaging (SRP) has been championing the use of PCR material in the manufacture of its products for many years. Now the well-known beauty packaging company will be producing PCR tubes and PET bottles in the United States for the North American market.

SR Packaging's North America PA plant will start production in the 2nd quarter of this year to satisfy beauty, cosmetic & skincare packaging demands with an annual production of 100 million tubes and 12 million bottles. 

PCR Tubes

Tubes are an ideal packaging for beauty formulations. Popular for lip balms, glosses and oils, foundation, concealer and cheek tints, creams and travel or gift sets, SR Packaging's 3/4" (19mm) tubes will enable American companies to develop projects with significantly shorter lead times, whilst enabling a second-life for the plastic material.

Manufactured with post-consumer recycled plastic, the company is offering a choice of 4 different thread types along with 6 different closure choices so that brands can opt for the best finish for their products. These corresponding tube closures can be color-matched in either a gloss or matte finish.

SR Packaging also offers hot stamping decoration or silk screen printing in up to 3 colors to style the finished tube pack.

As well as PCR Tubes, the company is offering 4 PET preform bottle options in popular capacities with custom bottle tooling available. Perfect for body lotions, hydration treatments, shower and shampoo sets, or even refillable home fragrances, SR Packaging's made in the USA PET bottles can help bring your brand's product lines to market faster.

Like for its tubes, SRP offers hot stamping and 3-color silk screen print, in addition to labelling and shrinkwrapping decoration choices.
