Stiplastics is a plastic expert designing, producing and selling innovative plastics devices mainly for the pharmaceutical and health industry. The company is one of Europe's leading suppliers of dosage systems.

Stiplastics has been designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing injected plastic based technical products and innovative devices for more than 25 years. Dosage has become one of its specialties, and today Stiplastics supplies the biggest names in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and chemical industries.

Advanced know-how, regulatory watch and continuous research of new materials enables the company to reactively offer products that are suitable for the needs and purposes of clients, in compliance with the standards and regulations in force.

Thanks to its engineering and design department and its team of product designers, Stiplastics offers custom-made dosage systems to its clients, and breaks new ground at the level of products and processes alike.

Launched in November 2009, the measuring cup decorated by IML thus constitutes a revolution in the presentation of laboratory communication and the ergonomics provided to the user.

Stiplastics has now joined the SGH Healthcaring group.

A demanding quality system

Fully aware of the importance of issues related to quality, hygiene and cleanliness, Stiplastics has established an efficient management system that meets the expectations of its most demanding clients. Stiplastics is ISO 9001 – NF EN ISO 13485 and ISO 15378 certified for all activities. The company's products have the CE stamp, in compliance with Directive 93/42/EEC. All the plastic materials used by Stiplastics undergo a meticulous approval procedure, they are suitable for contact with food, and/or conform to the European or US pharmacopoeia.

A committed environmental policy

Stiplastics is committed to making a contribution to the improvement of the people's health as well as the environment. Zero water consumption in the industrial processes, generalization of hot runner tools and reduction in production waste by 50% are a few examples of Stiplastics' everyday commitment to the reduction of its ecological footprint. The company is ISO 14001 certified and carries out greenhouse gas emissions inventory.

In 2009, Stiplastics became a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a major global initiative of corporate citizens, and supports its 10 principles related to human rights, working conditions, environment and anti-corruption.
