Thick wall airless dispensing pump and sprayer

In today's competitive skin care and cosmetic market, companies try their best to reduce packaging costs; however, in some cases, this might also affect the quality of said products.  

Sunrise, responding to customer requests, has developed the thick wall airless bottle in PP, which has the high quality of a "premium" PP airless container but doesn't cost as much. Sunrise's AD series, a thick-walled airless bottle with straight sides is available in 10ml, 15ml, 30ml and 50ml. The design is easy to match with other packaging for a collection.

The AD series is also available in AS plastic. A lot of models can be made per client request: colouring, metallization, lacquering, frosted effects, soft-touch, industry-standard hot stamping or silk screening. Clients are welcome to modify the look of the bottles to match their product design and to better reflect the idea of luxury.

Good packaging is determined by its dispenser pump. Sunrise's dispenser pumps with soft feeling, precise dosage control, and metal spring design avoid contact between the product and content eluding any possible chemical reactions. In addition, the airless system reduces residual ingredients and ensures hygiene.
