Technoshell is celebrating its silver anniversary. It is 25 years since the company was first inaugurated and in that time the company has developed greatly to be in the position it occupies today - able to offer complete solutions to customers for their printing and packaging needs.

The history of Technoshell actually begins a year earlier in 1989 when work started with a single drilling machine and the first machine which produced the foil sealing for cream jars, but the company name was registered the following year.

The company quickly expanded with new machinery and in 1994 the first programmed temperature controller was produced, followed by the manufacture of its first hot foil stamping machine 2 years later.

As the new century rolled in, Technoshell worked hard at rolling out new machines. In 2003, two more hot foil stamping machines, the STM-500-R and STM-5000-F were manufactured and the following year saw the company exhibit in its first international exhibition at the K show in Germany.

After the company's association with MADAG printing systems AG in Switzerland was established in 2005, Technoshell went on to develop the first tube hot foil stamping machine (the TPAEvolution for MADAG manufactured at the Technoshell plant in Nashik) followed by the design and manufacture of the first tube capping machine and a few years later, the company's first lacquer and labelling machine was designed and produced. 2009 also welcomed the company's association with world renowned die and block manufacturing company R.E. Bowers and Freeman LTD, in the UK.

The company continued going from strength to strength and during the past 5 years it has gained ISO9001:2008 certification, been appointed as the Indian representative for ISIMAT, Germany as well as ABC, USA. Its success has continued with the manufacturing of the Tube Capper Series 4 for Lamitube top sealing and capping, and the exportation of the first CE certified capping machine to Europe last year.

Today, following 25 successful years in the industry, Technoshell has the global standards engineering capability to manufacture high quality output workhorse machines and offer solutions to meet various decorative printing and packaging needs.
