Our Dutch waffle client was looking for an alternative to the traditional round Dutch waffle tin. They were looking for a flat rectangular cookie can for packaging six Dutch waffles (or, as they call them: stroopwafels). The condition was that the custom made tin should be flat enough to fit in a mailbox...
This French confectionary company - which sells licensed Andy Warhol and Keith Haring designer products - was looking for a unique tin packaging for its candy. The client wanted a larger tin, shaped like the packaging of its Lips Candy confectionary.
On the basis of the sweet’s shape and the amount to be packaged, we determined the size of the final tin. After creating technical/3D drawings, we produced plastic dummies and new tools. After approval of the samples, production of the tins was finalised.
"They're so attractive, you'll want to actually kiss them..."
A tin with an exclusive, new and unique shape. The mouth-shaped tin speaks for itself!
Spicy tins with a vintage look for Sizl
The Sizl brand sells herbs, spices, and blends. The brand's distinguishing feature is the high quality of its ingredients. The Box was tasked with designing a series of tins that represent the quality of the packaged products, are round and stackable, and have a vintage look.
Würzteufel produces herbs and spices, which it sells to consumers through their online shop. Perfect for cooking! The company commissioned The Box to create a round spices tinbox with relatively large dimensions. The intention was to make the herbs visible even without opening the tinbox, so that consumers can immediately see how many herbs are left.
