TNT Global Manufacturing is proud to have collaborated with Clarins for the design of the 3 cap formats of AZZARO’s latest Wanted Girl.
The team has technically surpassed itself in designing the spray cap of the 50ml and 80ml sizes made of 10 pieces, including 5 made of zamak and aluminium, at the service of a flawless design and functionality, as requested by Clarins. The cap spray is operated by the trigger or the upper ball, highlighted by a gold ECcoating finish. The handle, also in zamak, is bright white bronze electroplated. The petals and the body are made of aluminium, for a cold touch effect. The 5 inner components, only functional, are made of plastic. The rigidity and assembly process ensure rigidity and therefore safety when used.
The cap of the 30ml size is composed of a PCTG silver metallized part and a mass dyed PP insert. The zamak upper ball has been gold gold Ecoated.
The cap of the 5ml miniature is made of a single silver-sprayed PP component.
