Jimmy Choo recently launched a long-lasting lip gloss in ten satiny shades as the newest additions to their Seduction Collection. TNT Group already supplies several components of the Seduction Collection: the fragrance cap, nail polish cap, and lipstick cap and base*. TNT Group is an expert in the manufacture and design of premium primary and promotional packaging.

The cap is produced of Zamak and finished with gold e-coating. TNT Group used their know-how to achieve the same dimensions of this spherical cap as for the lipstick case. This spherical cap is hammered to create texture. The lower part of the cap simulates a pedestal, designed as a geometric triangular frieze that continues seamlessly down the container. The applicator wand is translucent PETG while the applicator itself is produced of PA. The orifice reducer is made of LDPE. The container is realized in two pieces made of translucent PETG that imitate cut crystal.

The Jimmy Choo logo is added to the case via hot stamping while each tint reference is silk-screened. One of the challenges of this project lay in the detail at the base of the PETG container and the requirement to maintain consistent inner walls.

*The brand had already entrusted TNT Group with the engineering design and production of the Lipstick case (10 shades), the Nail Polish cap (8 shades), and the cap and collar of the fragrance package (6 fragrances).
