Toly have once again worked with Clarins to launch the ‘Ever Matte Compact Powder’ and ‘Ombre 4 Couleurs Eyeshadow’ - a pinned hinge custom compact made in Malta with PET components. Both lid and base are metallized whereas a plaque, is colour matched with the product inside.
