Trivium Packaging is proud to announce that its manufacturing facilities in La Flêche and Moëlan, France have again achieved the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) 14001 certification.

ISO 14001 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on environmental management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns business strategies and environmental objectives. The detailed certification process provides the framework to help organisations minimise their environmental impact, reduce their carbon footprint, and meet and exceed compliance with applicable laws and regulation.

"The ISO certification across our Trivium Packaging metal manufacturing organisation shows our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence as well as continuous efficiency improvements in respect of quality, sustainability and service," says Georg Kasperkovitz, President of Trivium’s European division.

"These accomplishments are part of our mission to ensure our customers receive not only the best in packaging safety and integrity, but also a strong sustainability position that in turn supports our customers’ environmental objectives."

Trivium’s ISO 14001 certifications support an already-strong environmental position inherent to metal packaging products manufactured at all Trivium facilities, as the most recycled packaging globally. The majority of Trivium’s manufacturing plants globally are ISO certified with the aim to extend this to the total global footprint.
