Trivium Packaging, a global supplier of metal packaging, today released its 2025 ESG Key Performance Indicators Summary, highlighting its 2025 performance across key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. The summary provides an early snapshot of ESG performance ahead of the company’s full Sustainability Report, to be published later this year.

In 2025, Trivium continued to reduce the carbon footprint of its operations and value chain. Compared with its 2020 baseline, the company achieved a 36% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO₂ emissions, alongside a 24% reduction in Scope 3 emissionsThese results keep Trivium on track to meet its Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) 2030 targets of 42% and 25% reductions, respectively.

Responsible sourcing remained a key focus. In 2025, 52% of Trivium’s total purchase spend was directed to suppliers with average or aboveaverage ESG performance, up from 49% in 2024, reinforcing the company’s commitment to transparency and continuous improvement in its supply chain.

Trivium also continued to embed sustainability into its product portfolio.  Ecodesigned products accounted for 23% of total sales revenue in 2025, supporting customers’ sustainability goals while delivering highquality metal packaging solutions. At the same time, all production locations engaged with their local communities, with 100% of production sites participating in at least one community engagement project during the year.

The company’s sustainability performance was again recognized by leading external organizations. In 2025, Trivium retained a place on CDP’s Climate AList for the third consecutive year, reflecting continued progress on climate transparency and management. In addition, Trivium was awarded EcoVadis Gold status, placing the company among the top 5% performers assessed globally.

Trivium expects to publish its full Sustainability Report later in 2026, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards, providing detailed disclosures, methodologies, and narrative context.
