In order to protect our planet, UDN develops tubes using 2 different types of ocean-friendly materials.
Material 1- OceanBound Ecoprime
This material is made by taking 'at risk' plastic material set for the ocean and converting it into a dependable plastic resin that can, in turn, be recycled. It holds its own natural color and is made of PCR plastic. UDN has obtained FDA NOL for its production.
Material 2- OceanIX rHDPE 110-001
This material is made directly from abandoned ocean fishnets, one of the main polluters of the ocean. This method actively cleans the sea while providing a reliable material for producing tubes. OceanIX rHDPE 110-001 meets the requirements of REACH regulations and CA 65 proposal
