Juan Francisco Reina, Plastic Injection Manager at Virospack, shares insights into the role of plastic injection in beauty packaging, from process and versatility to in-house production and team expertise. From transforming raw materials into high-precision components to ensuring flexibility and quality at every stage, his perspective highlights the value of technical knowledge behind every solution.
- What is the main advantage of plastic injection in beauty packaging?
Is its versatility. It can be adapted to virtually all beauty products on the market, allowing for a wide range of customization in terms of colors, finishes, and shapes. - How does raw plastic become a beauty packaging solution?
The material is first melted. Then, using an injection molding machine, the molten material is injected into a mold, filling all its cavities to create the required components. After cooling, the parts are ejected from the mold, resulting in pieces ready for assembly. - What makes Virospack's in-house production different?
Having all the technical and human resources available at Virospack allows us to offer our clients a high level of flexibility. This enables us to provide quick and effective responses, meeting urgent needs and tight deadlines. - What do you enjoy most about working at Virospack?
Since joining Virospack, I have experienced a close and supportive team environment, which has given me the opportunity to build a solid project in continuous evolution and growth within the plastics section. This remains a key source of my motivation today.
At Virospack, plastic injection is more than a manufacturing process. It is a combination of precision, innovation, and teamwork that allows us to transform ideas into high-quality beauty packaging solutions tailored to every client’s needs.
