Crown Caps
Viscose supply a range of 26mm single use crown caps in E1E1 and TFS (tin free steel)for aluminium and glass containers. The 26mm E1E1 crown caps and TFS crown caps are available as pry offs, ensuring the highest seal pressure and the best tightness for a wide range of still and carbonated drinks.
Our 26mm crown caps are available as (PVC) free standard compound for beer (white) o2 absorbing or oxygen skavenging compound (white), standard compound for water (transparent). Our crowns are available in standard colours or printed to your unique specifications. Please be advise our printed crowns come with a minimum order quantity of 450,000 pieces.
The 26mm crown caps will fit most beer bottles and are the traditional way to keep your beer or cider sparkling. Can be used with most capping machines and are priced per 1,000. Please contact the office on 01792 796393 or via email sales@viscose.co.uk.
1810 Flat Plastic Caps
Viscose supplies 1810 flat plastic caps, as a one piece closure, made from Polyethylene (HDPE) compression moulding 144 knurls with plug and vertical side sealing for non returnable PET bottles cap weight 2,77 + 0.05g. Plug – seal suitable for 7g / carbonation. 28mm for 1810 neck finish, wide range of standard colours and can be printed up to 3 colours.
Plastic Sports Cap
Viscose supplies a 3 piece push pull plastic sports cap which fits onto a PCO 1810 & 1881 neck finish. The HDPE made pourer is equipped with a bore seal and a moulded tamper evidence band which assures the integrity of the product. The PE made LLDPE slide is easy to pull-up for drinking after the PP made dust cover has been opened by breaking its moulded tamper evidence bridges. The dust cover is furnished with venting holes. Our plastic sports cap is suitable for cold filling, screw on, PET bottles, with neck diameters of 28mm, 30mm & 38mm. A wide range of colours available. If not in stock, standard lead times are 6-8 weeks.
Aluminium ROPP Pourer Insert Liner
Our Aluminium ROPP with pourer insert is suitable for olive oil or vinegar producers. Sometimes known as plastic inserts or pourers or commonly known as “DROP STOP CLOSURES”. We have various sizes available in Screw caps/Metal Caps/ ROPP Caps with but majorly used is 31.5/24mm caps. Our pourer has excellent dispensing facility specially made for Olive Oil Industries and can also be used in Vinegars.
Aluminium ROPP Closures – EPE Liner
Viscose supply a wide range of aluminium ROPP closures. Non-refillable & long skirted closures for wine & spirits, soft drinks & water, pharmaceuticals and food. We offer standard and printed options. Our aluminium ROPP closures are suitable for alcoholic, non alcoholic, still, carbonated and hot fill.
