Creative Studio for Fragrance

Consumers are on a quest to find the right fragrance to express their personality and make them feel something special. The Creative Studio for Fragrance showcases a sampling of what is possible for WestRock’s Melodie® pump, with new customization capabilities to allow for more design options and a differentiated look to set brands apart. WestRock’s NoC™ invisible dip tube, which becomes the perfect complement as the patented clear dip tube technology, does not interfere with the design elements of the overtube, and works cohesively with the rest of the pack. WestRock’s Melodie® Clikit™ technology, which allows the finished elements to be delivered to brand owners as a one-piece, pre-assembled unit, ensures the finest quality product delivered in an optimized, efficient manner to help get brands to market quickly.

Creative Studio for Fragrance represents WestRock’s commitment to creating solutions with consumer insights in mind as brands compete for attention in an increasingly crowded market. Creative Studio offers brand owners the ability to customize fragrance dispensers, bringing fragrance personalities to life in a way that resonates with today’s consumer.

Pearl Deco Collection

The Pearl™ Deco Collection is a suite of customization options for the Pearl™ line that gives WestRock the ability to apply decorative elements to the overcap, pump and bottle to create a fully customizable experience for the consumer. It is comprised of traditional techniques like silk screening, hot stamping, metallization and coating, in addition to a new, innovative technique called sleever that allows for the combination of colors and textures to create an infinite number of possible looks.

Pearl is an airless system that ensures accurate, smooth, metal-free product dispensing with each use. It is ideal for viscous formulations like creams, gels and lotions. The line incorporates WestRock’s Rolling Bellow TechnologyTM which protects the integrity of your product and makes dispensing easier and cleaner than ever before. It also has a restitution rate of greater than 90%, meaning less product waste. This line offers comfort, intuitive control and a unique, upscale look that enhances every consumer’s experience.

Kenzo Totem

In May 2015, Kenzo launched their new fragrance Totem featuring the Melodie Agile™ pump by WestRock. The spray is the last point of contact between the fragrance and the consumer, and as our consumer insights have proven, the ideal spray can create an emotional connection that extends the magic of the ritual. Melodie Agile is part of the Emotions of Spray Collection by WestRock which allows brand owners to create the perfect match between the fragrance and the spray.

WestRock Paperboard: Feel a Touch of Premium

WestRock’s line of material offerings gives brand owners a wide-variety of options when they need a paperboard packaging solution for the luxury market and beyond. Available in coated one-side (C1S) and coated two-side (C2S), Crescendo® delivers crisp colors and sharp contrasts. With outstanding ink holdout, consistency in graphical or packaging jobs is ensured. Printkote® meets the needs of today's discriminating brand owners with a warm white, glossy coated side for exceptional printability, and a uniform, smooth uncoated back side. Its fade resistance and high stiffness creates a finished piece that feels as good as it looks. Printkote runs consistently on press, in high-speed, converting operations and on filling lines. The coated side of Custom Kote® provides an excellent surface on which to create graphics that will stop consumers in their tracks. The unbleached, uncoated side delivers consumers a clean, all natural perception as well as realistic graphics.

Heinz has announced today that it is continuing its mission to remove plastic from supermarket shelves with the UK roll-out of the Heinz Eco-Friendly Sleeve Multipack, a new, convenient, super skinny paperboard sleeve for all its multipack canned products. Made with WestRock’s PEFC-certified CarrierKote paperboard, the Heinz Eco-Friendly Sleeve is recyclable and comes from sustainably managed forests.
