Bimal Mehta is the Executive Director of Vakil & Sons Pvt. Ltd (Vakils), a premier printing and publishing firm based in Mumbai. Over the last 22 years he has been involved in the restructuring of Vakils from a traditional print company to a high-tech IT enabled Services Company. At Vakils, he was instrumental in bringing NYSE listed Bowne & Co Inc. (recently acquired by RR Donnelly), the world’s largest financial printing company to India as well as co-promoting Softype Inc. (based in Palo Alto, USA). Softype provides ERP consultancy services.

Bimal is also the Managing Director of Vakils Premedia, a subsidiary of Vakils. With offices in India and US, Vakils Premedia works with some of the leading companies to offer premedia and cross media services around the world.
