Specialist in plastic packaging since 20 years, we manufacture your packaging with the best materials. As expert in blow-molding and injection processes we create a large range of standard or customized products in different colors.

Agriplas has a production area dedicated to Health and Food markets: this environment is protected to answer to the high requirements of these industries which are strategic for Agriplas.
Phytosanitarian and Garden markets are also important for Agriplas. That why we developed with our partner Isytech, an innovative barrier technology, competitive and safe for the environment: the plasma treatment.
Products
The blow-molding process
Thanks to this process we manufacture packaging from 30ml to 220L with 30 machines. We use high or low density polyethylene and polypropylene. We also use material like EVA, polystyrene or fireproof materials for special applications.
All our machines and technicians allow us to ensure you regularity and quality.
The injection process
Thanks to this process we manufacture caps, pots and various technical articles for different applications. We use polypropylene and high or low density polyethylene.
We also use materials like polystyrene or polycarbonate for special applications.
Our machines are in a controlled atmosphere workshop which allows us to manufacture medical or food precision articles with a high level of quality.
Quality
Our quality commitment started long years ago. So, our activity is certified ISO 9001 - 2000.
Thanks to our machines, we can manufacture our product without interruption (24H/24 and 7days/7) and the majority of the quality controls are made by production operators who are trained to auto control before hiring.

Sustainable development
Reduction of weight: Agriplas has launched since 2005 the weight reduction for its packaging. The aim: to conserve the same mechanical and chemical performances and to reduce to 15% the weight packaging.
Ecoconception: Agriplas has created a new innovative packaging: ecopac®, intended to a 'shuttle' custom. ecopac is the result of a global reflection carried on the analysis of a plastic packaging's life. The approach consists in reducing the consumption of plastic raw material as well as the creation of waste. The carbon footprint for a 20L is 4 times lower than a traditional jerrycan.
Recycling: Agriplas recycles directly during the production all plastic wastes coming from packaging manufacturing. All unusable plastic wastes in production are recycled with specialized users. All cardboard, wood and metal wastes are sending to a recycling company.
Reusing: our packagings are conditioned on reusable plastic pallets made of recycled PE. The idea: to use plastic pallets in a shuttle system. Recyclable, hygienic (no mould), light (4kg instead of 11kg for wood pallets) and universal because made to international dimensions (80x120), it forms part of our global environmental approach.
