Film printed double-sided

Film printed with gravure technology with the special characteristic of being able to be in a register front and back with logos, drawings and texts required by the Customer. You can have: • as monolayer film with external prints; • as coupled multilayer with external and internal prints; • as multilayer coupled with internal prints you can also use this printing technology to make prints mated in register and in thermoforming.

Single-folded film

Some packaging machines have been designed for use with coils of plastic film in which the material is not wound as usual, but it is wound folded, that is, where in each coil appears at the same time the welded side or the non-sealing side from both faces, since the film is folded "V". Generally, this technology is used in extruded films, where the material fold is simply obtained by winding the film just extruded with "bubble" technology and trimmed laterally. Albertazzi has developed the technology for mono-bent laminated films, and in practice planar is created and wrapped in coils. We have the possibility of monofolding the plastic films up to 150 µm, keeping the sealing side outside or inside depending on the specific request.

Surlyn® based film

Surlyn® is a particular polymer, patented, polyethylene nature based from years of research and development. It is used as an alternative to welding in polyethylene because it has merits of welding, mechanical strength and best transparency. Offre un livello superiore di qualità e una prestazione su macchina insuperabile da ogni altro polimero. It offers a higher level of quality and performance on machine unsurpassed by any other polymer. Surlyn®, thanks to its versatility, has found other applications also alternatives such as peel-off on specific substrates (for example, glass), as an adhesive in coextruded (thanks to its considerable binder properties) or in thermoforming thanks to its high mechanical properties.
