The ALLTUB Group is pleased to announce it has invested in a new production line at our Langenfeld plant, Germany, providing production capability and capacity in diameters 13.5 mm, 19 mm and 30 mm, for both ABL and PBL tubes.

This investment forms a key part of the Alltub Group’s strategy of focusing on high end, high complexity pharma and cosmetics business. The ability to propose production of 13.5mm diameter laminates in Europe is a pioneering venture; Alltub is the first to introduce production of this diameter into the European market.

The line is now installed in our new cleanroom and operational for immediate supply with a variety of different caps and threads/nozzles to choose from. Production is ISO 15378 GMP certified on all laminate tube lines at our Langenfeld plant.

In addition this new production line offers 360° printing using the nanoseam and decoseam technologies.

We see this small diameter technology as bringing a solution to many packaging projects for which cost-effective solutions have not been available on the European market until now.
