Ally operating the manufacturing in its new factory workshop of 12000㎡, with over 300 workers including 150 professional technicians and over 20 engineers in various production range.
Self providing the brush hair material with its hair production line, Ally’s leading workmanship covering from hair extrusion, dyeing and trimming by professional plant and machinery.With the spirit and capacity of innovation, Ally have invented the revolutionary brush fiber with skin care function, containing salutary elements of nano negative ion,anno antibiosis, vitamin and collagen, these inventive new fiber have obtained the national patent and function certification by authorized 3rd party.With the monthly production capacity over 40000kg, Ally can stably supply these new fiber to promote the new market.
To ensure the material quality and stability, Ally also invested its own ferrule elocutionary line, with pressing,extrusion, shaping and oxidation process all completed in our workshop, Ally are producing over 3,000,000 pieces of ferrule to matching the monthly brush manufacturing.
New Ally factory operating in air-conditioned environment, with automated pipeline of brush assembling and package and large warehouse as well as ETO fumigation equipment, Ally guarantee the production, quality and storage in well organization for our customer.
