    The AVC-PL packaging machine is suitable to form, fill and seal bulk size pillow bags with or without a handle, bag unit weight ranging from 2 kg up to 10 Kg. The pakaging machine is supplied complete with a dedicated single dosing/weighing unit model APS-PL and relative interface with the same. Nominal speeds for long goods are uo to 25 bulk size bags/min.

    The high speed packaging machine model AVE-PC AIRLESS Bag is the latest in technology with twoindependent axis type cross sealing (one horizontal for closing and one vertical chasing). The packaging machine is able to form, fill and seal various types of retail size bags: pillow, pillow with gusset and square bottom with top fin seal. It is suitable for all type of short goods pasta (penne, rigatoni, bowties). The packaging machine Model AVE-PC AIRLESS Bag, controlled by industrial PC, has its point of strength in the complete control and operation of the sealing jaw closing law. This allows to reduce the air inside the bags avoiding the punching of the film, made previously and/or after the bag is formed. The advantages of this technoly are: saving in carton cases cost, there is no contamination of the product, the film pitch cut is reduced with saving of film material.

    High speed vertical packaging machine AVE-PG

    The AVE-PG has been designed to satisfy customer’s demand of a high speed pillow bag packaging machine for free-fl owing granular products such as rice, semolina, coffee beans and other similar. The packaging machine is supplied with a special design multi-bucket volumetric dosing and feeding unit driven by a stepper motor. This volumetric dosing/feeding unit can be connected to a checkweigher downstream of the packaging machine in order to receive a signal from the same so that the stepper motor can automatically adjist the bucket load in function of the variation of bag unit weight.

    Packaging machine stand-up bags model AVE DFQ

    The AVE-DFQ model, is specifically designed to package products in stand-up bags that have a square bottom and the top is double folded and kept down with an adhesive tape or label. The machine first vertically fi lls the bag made with a square type forming tube, then the bag is transferred to the next station where the top part of the seal is cut-away even, then folded over two times, and finally an adhesive tape or label is placed on the top of the package for future easy open/close operations. This packaging machine can also be fitted with another type of top seal, that is, instead of the adhesive tape or label, the customer can also make stand-up bags with the top part extra long and pinched together with a twisted plastic wire or a clip band. The AVE-DFQ has been widely used in the pasta and rice industry with nominal speeds up to 100 bags/min. The diameter of the fi lm roll that can be utilized by this machine can be up to 900 mm.

    Pasta packaging machine AOD-PL

    The AOD-PL series is a high speed continuous film motion machine suitable to form, fill and seal retail size pillow bags to contain long goods pasta products such as spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, bucatini and similar. This machine can be supplied with a double dosing/weighing unit model APE-PL. The packaging machine has been designed to satisfy the demand of high speed, reliability, efficiency and very low product waste (with the optional device “ZERO FRAGMENT”). Some of the innovative features are continuous film motion automatic film splicing, Altopack special patented design sealing jaws, device to keep film aligned and many more.
