Production of PET Bottles

The Blow Moulding machines consist of: 
- preform feeder;
- Heating module for preform;
- Module of stretching and blowing of preforms for bottle forming.

The format change and replacement of the mould are very simple and extremely fast.
The electrical panel and electrical installations provide the lowest power consumption.
The machines are equipped with automatic feeding hopper of the preforms.
For each shape of different bottle a mold (or a series of molds) is provided performed with high precision machine tools.

AMS FERRARI also provides all technical and commercial indications for the purchase of High pressure Compressor needed for the Blower service or can provide "turn-key" supply.

Cappers

Cappers of AMS Ferrari solves the problems of capping at different speeds with:
• single head capping turret;
• rotary capping machines (multi-head);
• linear capping.

Capsulling

AMS Ferrari designs special systems of Capsulling:
• Shrinking;
• Polylaminate;
• Champagne capsules;

Wire-hooding

Labeling Machines

For this reason AMS Ferrari has, for a long time now, the group exclusively for the construction of labelers.
The constructed models cover the whole range of containers labeling:
• Paper Labels by Glue: Linear, Rotary with centering/orientation
• Wraparound paper labels by Hot Melt Glue 
• OPP Roll Fed Labeling: Linear and Rotary.

The historical experience of AMS Ferrari Isobaric Filling Machine allows us to offer the customer the machines with features that greatly exceed the average level of the filling without foam or with controlled foam, as well as at the temperature of filling in the range of 15 °C.

Suitable for all types of liquid: Beer, Water, Soft Drinks, Sparkling W1ne, Sparkling juice.

AMS Ferrari implements a "DEDICATED" Technology for controlled filling.

Isobaric technology is used not only for filling glass bottles on the traditional system, but also for PET bottles system Neck Handling - the capture and transport of bottles under-neck.

Machines are equipped with additional protection system for the operators (in case of bottles breaking).

Output range from 1,000 to 40,000 bottles / hour.

Under Vacuum and Gravity Filling machines
For still liquids AMS Ferrari produces machines which, in addition to their simplicity, are equipped with additional equipment, which enable filling of such liquids as:
• Thick liquids, such as syrups;
• Liquids that require Sterile/Ultra Clean Filling;
• Liquids that require Hot Filling;
• Oxygen Free System NO OXIGEN;
• Self-leveling system. 
Therefore, these are the machines with a lot of flexibility and adaptability to different containers: Glass PET, PE. 
Fillers in this series operate on the principle of filling "At Level".

Volumetric Filling Machines
AMS Ferrari produces the following types of Volumetric filling machines:
• Dosing Volumetric system;
• Piston Volumetric system.
These machines can operate with the variety types of liquids:
• Very thick liquids such as ketchup, tomato sauce and jam
• Heavily foaming liquids, such as detergents. 
• Very delicate such as milk

The main characteristic of this series of machines is that the bottle/container has NO CONTACT with the filling valve. System of cleaning and sterilization in Volumetric machines is especially simple and reliable.

Capacity/Output range from 1000 to 40.000 bph

Depalletizer

Increasingly attentive to the needs of the market AMS Ferrari has expanded its range of Depalletisers for empty containers (glass bottles, PET, PE, aluminum cans and tin cans, shaped containers, etc.), producing machines with many automated systems, from semi-automatic to fully automatic to serve the needs of customers in terms of cost and space.

Pick & Place  Packaging system

The case/carton packers and craters Pick & Place for traditional American box type are built by AMS Ferrari with long established technology. The bases are calculated to withstand the movement of large masses without oscillations and vibrations. The care in the formats operating, with the additional use of particians, and the most advanced electronics technology, allow achieving consistent performance over time and the machine can operate without an operator. 
Optionally is can be possible to supply also the automatic patrician inserters.

Palletizer

AMS Ferrari builds Palletisers for:
• Bottles loose: 
• Empty and full, glass and plastic;
• Shrinked Packs/Bundles;
• Cartons;
• Cases.
The level of automation is from simple and inexpensive "Semiautomatic" models to "High Speed" to 3 inputs. All motions are made with a combination of high precision mechanics and electronics that allows the determination of acceleration / braking and prepare the desired "Mosaics"(scheme of palletization) in very limited times.

Stretch Wrapping

AMS Ferrari Wrapping of Pallet with stretch film – pallet rotating type or pallet fixed type with rotating arm. 
The tampers stabilizers of the pallet and devices of total coverage of the pallet, both mechanical and electronic adjustment of stretching of the film can be installed, depending on the needs of the customer.

Packaging lines

AMS Ferrari takes part in the packaging technology with its study of solutions involving integration of packaging machines and turn-key projects. The connection of packaging machines is through conveying systems, dividing and aligning that gives the plant the Interactive-Floating system features.

Wraparound

AMS Ferrari Wraparound packaging machines are the machines of continuous operation and consist of:
• Carton magazine with automatic feeding;
• Preparation of the pack with pushing system, divider, eccentric motion;
• All phases of the wrapping are made ​​by patented Mechanical-Electronic system;
• Gluing of carton with Hot Melt glue.
The automatic Partician Inserter with the bottom feeding is possible.

Thermoshrinking

AMS Ferrari shrink packing covers a wide range of production speed and variability of format.
The packs are built with a modular system to allow the same machine run by packaging in Film only, Flat Pad+ Film or Tray + Film.
On request, the devices for pack turning, handling application can be supplied.

Bottle washing machine

The Bottle Washer of AMS Ferrari, in the base model and the evolution model, has a continuous cycle or alternate.
Designed for easy use the machines offer great versatility to meet the most varied requirements.
A simple and functional wash cycle allows to cut down operating costs (water, energy, detergent), to obtain optimal cleaning, thorough cleaning of the bottle, a complete separation of the labels and their total evacuation outside. The simple instructions for use and cleaning of the machine, combined with almost zero maintenance, enables high productivity and downtime are extremely limited. The production program provides both washing machines for bottles of recovery with the extraction section of the labels and washing machines for new bottles with the final section of sterilization. Modular construction is stipulated which allows the customer to "build" the machine according to "his" special needs, adapting it from time to time for any kind of use.
The high quality and advanced technology are the basis for the construction of the Bottle Washers of AMS Ferrari.

Rinsers Sterilizers

AMS Ferrari Rinsers with fixed or mobile nozzles can perform single or multi-treatment that allows flexibility to meet the different requirements considering small, medium and large scale production. AMS Ferrari offers rinsing in freestanding version, synchro-block or turret. 
They are able to treat the glass jars as ordinary bottles.
The sterilizers use solvents or other chemicals useful to reduce the bacterial load inside the container.
AMS Ferrari collaborates with the most important companies producing of sterilizing solutions (ozone, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc..) providing the customer with a full service turn-key.
It is possible to combine multiple turrets on a single machine in order to make cleaning and sterilization cycles very complex and effective targeted at areas which require particular levels of sanitation, such as milk and dairy products, fruit juices etc.
This class of machines is generally complete by the suction system and laminar flows module on the turret of rinsing.

UHT - Sterilization of delicate products

The UHT (Ultra High Temperature) is the sterilization process that consists in treating the preheated and homogenized milk (and other delicate products) to at least 135 °C through the use of superheated steam for a short period of time.
The most common UHT product is the milk, but the treatment is also used for juices, creams, soy milk, yogurt, soups.

Retort - Autoclave Sterilization / Pasteurization for food-stuff

Autoclaves for sterilization and pasteurization of packed food products.
Pressure of 4 bar.
Operating temperature of 150 ° C.
Diameters 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 and 2000 mm.
Lengths from 2000 to 8000 mm.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304 and 316.
