PolybalePro 1800 is wrapped in our unique sleeve packaging that protects each bale individually until it is ready for use. Our sleeve packaging is made from the same material as the balewrap, which means it can all be recycled together, saving time on sorting waste materials for recycling.

                        SiloFlex

                        Premium Multi-Layer Bale Wrap SiloFlex® is a premium co-extruded bale wrap designed to offer superior strength, puncture and tear resistance, and UV protection over mono-layer and other economy brands of bale wrap. SiloFlex® is an affordable bale wrap in a premium multiple layer stretch film made using the latest in polymer technology. SiloFlex® is particularly suited for use with round bale wrappers and in-line wrappers, with silage bales, high moisture hay, straw, and dry hay. It also stretches up to 70%.

Its unique sleeve packaging means that Silotite has less packaging material, with no bulky boxes to move around and recycle separately. The packaging is made of the same material as the film inside, so it can all be recycled together

                        Adding Value, Saving Time SilotiteECO provides an economical balewrapping solution for small to medium sized farming operations. It is a tried and tested balewrap developed for use on fixed round balers. This cost-effective silage stretchfilm is manufactured with 10% extra length which allows users to gain up to 10% more bales per reel. Depending on the number of layers applied, this could mean an additional 3 bales are wrapped for each reel used. The extra film length also saves time as it means fewer reel changes.

Through lightweighting and the incorporation of recycled content, the environmental load of SilotitePro1800 Sustane 23 μm film (with 25% PCR) is ±24% less than our standard 25 μm film (with 0% PCR), supporting the circular economy and helping to divert waste from landfill. SilotitePro1800 Sustane has been certified by RecyClass, offering users full traceability of recycled content in terms of chains of custody. Conveniently packaged in a PE sleeve allowing balewrap and outer packaging to be recycled together, eliminating the need for separation.~

It also reduces the number of reels required. Visqueen PolycropPro1800 is supplied in innovative sleeve packaging, which protects the reel from dirt and dust before use. This packaging also provides reel edge protection and added convenience for users. The sleeves are made from the same base material as balewrap, meaning that they can be recycled alongside the film after use.
